Red Bull Racing will race with a special Honda livery this weekend in Turkey in honour of its partnership with the Japanese manufacturer and missing out on the Japan Grand Prix that was supposed to take place this weekend. However, it is not the first time that Max Verstappen has driven in the red and white livery.
First Grand Prix-winning Honda
Verstappen visited Tochigi Proving Ground, Honda's state-of-the-art test facility, in 2019. Together with Japanese driver Takuma Sato, the Dutchman was allowed to sit in the Honda RA272, the very first car Honda won a Grand Prix with.
