Number of coronavirus infections in every country where a Formula 1 race is held

The coronavirus ensures that there will be no racing in Formula 1 for the time being. In the meantime, there are several infections in all countries where a Grand Prix takes place in 2020. 

For the time being, only the Monaco Grand Prix has been cancelled. All other Grands Prix have been postponed so far. Formula 1 are working hard on a new schedule, but there are so many variables involved. 

The overview below shows how many coronavirus infections there are in each of the Formula 1 countries. Putting these races back on the schedule is going to be a challenging task. (last update: 10:00 am, March 22)

Monaco - 18 cases, 0 passed away

Azerbaijan - 53 cases, 1 passed away

Canada - 1,328 cases, 19 passed away

France - 14,459 cases, 19 passed away

Austria - 3,042 cases, 8 passed away

Britain - 5,018 cases, 233 passed away

Hungary - 131 cases, 6 passed away

Belgium - 2,815 cases, 67 passed away

Italy - 53,578 cases, 4,825 passed away

Singapore - 432 cases, 2 passed away

Russia - 306 cases, 1 passed away

Japan - 1,054 cases, 36 passed away

United States - 26,900 cases, 348 passed away

Mexico - 251 cases, 2 passed away

Brazil - 1,178 cases, 18 passed away

Abu Dhabi 153 cases, 2 passed away
