Many Formula 1 drivers have been seated in a digital racing seat in recent weeks. Saturday evening they will do that again, but this time in a different setting and for charity!

When the Australian Grand Prix was cancelled, it was Veloce eSports who, together with Jean-Eric Vergne, managed to organise a replacement in record time. Not on real asphalt, but with the drivers in a digital chair. The so-called 'Not the AUS GP' was a great success and soon got a successor and competition from other organisations.

The drivers who participate in the races are not only professional Formula 1 drivers. There are streamers among them who fill their days in their simulator and even top athletes from other sports have participated.

Duels between the participants

On saturday night, it'll just be something else. Instead of a regular Formula 1 race, there will be one-on-one duels between the participants, after which the winners will compete against each other again. Charles Leclerc will compete against Aarava and Alexander Albon has Real Madrid-keeper Thibaut Courtois as his opponent.

The action will start at 20:00 BST and the donations made during the races will go to UNICEF for their fight against the coronavirus.
