I was shocked that Ferrari could run as long as they did on mediums....even setting fastest laps when the others had already stopped for a new set (hards). It would seem to suggest Ferrari are now kind on their tires ?.....on the other hand this circuit has very few high speed corners and being point and squirt then brake hard disguised Ferrari's problem of being hard on its fronts. At least they were able to freestyle their strategy and make the most of what they had

Face it.....Mercedes was too greedy and wanted to keep track position so they didnt stop for tires and got pounded into the history books as runner up for 2021. Lewis was very vocal during the race that he knew they should have stopped for tires....and they gambled and they lost. There was nothing in the way the race was run that favored anyone....as the race director had full authority to do as he saw fit in those circumstances The question I ask is.....what was done to Lewis Hamilton that wasnt also dealt to every other driver on the grid ? you may as well go after Latifi for shunting his car and starting the whole thing..........

I'm a huge Vettel/Ferrari fan, but its been clear for some time that the Vettel era was done. It should not be surprising to anyone, based on the driving errors and ill advised racecraft decisions ,that when the Italian media is calling for you to be sacked, it was just a matter of time. Spin off while leading the championship in your home GP , well it happens, and spin off not once , but twice at Monza ? The Baku incident was peculiar as well , Either the prancing horse enhances your power base , or it will highlight a litany of mistakes , albeit due to excessive expectations and fan/media pressure. Seb will need a clean start in a competitive car and if he doesn't find that , this year or next , I fear he will retire , mind you he's still young.
