The person who commented Hamilton is an average driver, he simply shows his bias and ignorance by saying that. I am not a huge fan of his but he is the greatest of all times, a 7 time world champion, only matched by the great Michael Schumacher. He holds just about every record there is. He only lost the world championship by 1 point his first year in F1 and it was in a McLaren, which was not the best car. He then wins the world championship in his second year, again in a McLaren, not the best car, whose done that before? Hmm I think Jacques Villeneuve. He then beats both Bottas and Rosberg every year except one, and lost that year because of 3 engine failures to Rosbergs none. Both Rosberg and Bottas are great drivers but they pailed in comparison to Hamilton. So how is it great drivers pailed in comparison to an average driver? Rosberg, who hates Hamilton to this day, says he's the best there ever was, and he knows exactly why, a lot more then the this guy who thinks he's just average. Hamilton is 37, Russell is 22, that's a huge difference in physical ability and stamina and why Hamilton is lacking in comparison to his teammate due to the physical demand the Merc requires to manhandle around the track.. The trashing and abuse on the body in those Marc's is unbearable and Russell is able to manage it better simply because of his age.Dont get me wrong Russell is the real thing and the next great driver to watch. Even Daniel Ricciardo said he could barely stand the thrashing around in his McLaren, but when he saw the video of Hamilton being bounced around in the zmerc on the weekend, he said that's crazy and way too dangerous. You my friend who think Hamilton is an average driver, are nothing but a fool and im confidentin saying that becauseyoumcant see past your bias to appreciatethebest when you see it. It's like all the greats when they win too much, you get the haters who just hate them because they are the best. I do agree Hamilton was putting on a show when he got out of the car after the weekends race, I'm sure he was sore, but as a back pain sufferer myself, the pain will hit him that night and next day, not so much right after the race when the adrenaline is still high and his body is overheated. It will however, have an impact on quality of life when he's 25 to 30 years older and why I think he should pack it in so he doesn't have to suffer when he's older just to prove what we already know, he's the best there's ever been.
