Marcus Ericsson has said that he feels he is leaving Formula 1 after his strongest year on the grid.

The Swede Marcus Ericsson is currently driving his last season in Formula 1, as he’ll be replaced by Kimi Raikkonen next season. In the past, the Swedish driver became champion in the English Formula BMW and in the Japanese Formula 3. Ericsson made his debut in Formula 1 in 2014 with Caterham at the Australian Grand Prix. Since 2015, Ericsson’s been driving for the Swiss-Italian team Sauber, now Alfa-Romeo Sauber.
