Marelli Motorsport and OMP Racing recently announced that the developed biometric fireproof shirt had been approved by the FIA. The Vital Signs Monitor shirt is fire resistant, so it meets the requirements of an ordinary t-shirt. The practical usefulness of the shirt is especially important in case of problems on the track.
