The Zandvoort Grand Prix will not return on May 3. Like the races in Australia, Bahrain and Vietnam, it is postponed to a date to be determined due to the corona virus.

No Dutch Grand Prix

The Dutch Grand Prix that would be held on the Zandvoort circuit for the first time in 35 years this season has been postponed to a date yet to be determined.  In a statement from Formula 1 and FIA, they announced that they want to start the 2020 Formula 1 season at the end of May. This would, therefore, mean that the race in Zandvoort will also be postponed by COVID-19.

"Formula 1 and FIA expect to start the championship in Europe by the end of May," F1 and FIA write in a press release. "Given the rapidly increasing number of infections in Europe, we will review this scenario on a regular basis."

Possibilities

If Formula 1 gets the season underway at the end of May, there's a chance that the European races can be rescheduled for the summer break.
