Medical report: Sophia Floersch has spinal fracture after horror crash
Sophia Floersch has a spinal fracture as a result of a major crash in the F3 World Cup earlier today. She was lifted off the track and went into the fence above the barrier on lap 4. She is currently in hospital receiving treatment.
The latest medical report has claimed Floersche has a spinal fracture. The incident occurred on the fourth lap of the race.

The original statement on the FIA website said: "A serious incident has occurred on lap 4 of the 2018 FIA World Cup at Macau involving car #25 Sophia Florsch (GER). Following evaluation by the medical staff, the driver is conscious and has subsequently been taken to the hospital for further evaluation."

The others involved include a marshal Chan Cha In, who suffered facial lacerations, a broken jaw plus an abrasion to his "upper abdomen wall". A photographer Chan Weng Wang suffered a laceration to his liver and Japan's Minami Hiroyuki suffered a concussion.
