MP Motorsport are also bringing in a young talent from Red Bull for their Formula 3 team. Kacper Sztuka will compete in the 2024 Formula 3 championship on behalf of the Dutch team.

Helmut Marko seems to be a fan of MP Motorsport. It was previously announced that German Red Bull-trained talent Tim Tramnitz will drive for MP Motorsport in 2024. The German will be joined by a fellow Red Bull-trained driver. The Pole will make his debut in F3 at the Dutch racing team.

"I am extremely happy to make the step to FIA F3 with MP Motorsport," said Sztuka. "The team has always performed strongly in the class, which is definitely going to help me make a smooth transition from F4 to F3. I loved the car when I tested with it at Imola and can't wait to drive it again for additional testing and, of course, the new season ahead. It will be a huge challenge, but I'm ready for it!"

"We warmly welcome Kacper to the team," said Sander Dorsman, MP Motorsport's team manager. "He has had a sensational season in Italian F4: the invitation to join the Red Bull Junior Team was a reward for a brilliant year. Then he immediately showed his promise during the test at Imola. Therefore, we are confident that Kacper is ready for a strong debut in FIA F3. The whole team is looking forward to working with both Kacper and Tim."

At the end of 2023, it was announced that Sztuka would become part of the Red Bull Junior Team. The 17-year-old driver impressed in 2023 by winning the prestigious Italian F4 championship. The Pole won nine of the 21 races in the season, keeping behind McLaren's talented Ugo Ugochukwu. Earlier in 2023, the Pole also won the Formula Winter Series.
