Lewis Hamilton has said that he likes the fact that three teams are competing for the championship instead of two, even though he thinks Mercedes aren't the strongest team right now.

Sebastian Vettel, Lewis Hamilton and Daniel Ricciardo have won two races each so far. Vettel took the first two, followed up by Ricciardo winning in China. Hamilton took two in a row after that in Baku and Barcelona, and Ricciardo completed the circle by winning in Monaco last weekend.

So, is it a three-team horse race this season?

"It absolutely is a battle between three teams, and personally, I like that," he said.

"It's a massive challenge that I've had with the boys but I love it.

"I like to dig deep into my technical knowledge and learn more and how to communicate that.

"The way in which I choose the right set-up and get it exactly right for the weekend, all those different things, I enjoy doing that."

Mercedes have been dominant in the past, but their lead isn't as big this year, even though they are still in the lead of both championships. Can the other two teams apply more pressure, or will Mercedes run away with it again?
