Wolff fuels conspiracy theories, Hamilton's support page backs Red Bull
After the Dutch Grand Prix there was a lot of conspiracy theories online. Toto Wolff's interview with Sky Sports also provided fodder for conspiracy, whereas Team LH is trying to temper the online hatred.
Wolff does not hold back
Yuki Tsunoda's performance at the Dutch Grand Prix was remarkable. He stopped, drove on and then stopped again. The virtual safety car that followed was convenient for Max Verstappen and caused a lot of scepticism online. Wolff added to that in his interview on behalf of Sky Sports.
''Tsunoda stopping on track and coming back with the seat belt not on and starting the car again and breaking down again," said the Mercedes team boss whilst making a funny face. Wolff does not say Red Bull collaborated with AlphaTauri to help Max to victory, but he does not deny the conspiracies either.
Red Bull under fire
Especially Red Bull Racing's head of strategy, Hannah Schmitz, has been under fire online. Unjustly, according to Team LH, Lewis Hamilton's supporter's page. On that Twitter page, a statement follows in which the emotion after the race is understood, but the language and hateful messages that Schmitz has received are severely criticised.

Whether the message will help remains to be seen. The irritation among Mercedes supporters was great after the GP at Zandvoort. Again Verstappen was lucky with a safety car situation and Lewis Hamilton was disadvantaged by his team. Blaming it on Schmitz and Red Bull Racing seems a bit far-fetched.
