F1 fans have been asked by Formula 1.com asked to vote for their favourite race of the first half of the exciting 2022 season. In the end, the British Grand Prix has been voted by fans as the favourite race of the season so far.

The audience was treated to a spectacle at Silverstone. The race was full of impressive battles between the drivers and a blood-curdling crash by Guanyu Zhou at the start. In the end it was Carlos Sainz who took his first victory in Formula 1. With 50% of the votes, the British Grand Prix was voted the favourite race of the season so far.

Hungaroring

The Hungarian Grand Prix, which was won by Max Verstappen despite his impressive spin on the Hungaroring, was second in the poll and received 18% of the votes.

Shared third place

In a shared third place with 6% of the votes were the Grands Prix of Bahrain and Austria. Both races featured exciting battles between Verstappen and his title rival Charles Leclerc.
