Can't compare. Completely different eras. Standards back then were completely different. I don't think Senna had a physio, that we was watching his diet as close as current F1 drivers are. Not because he was lazy, but because nobody had though about it yet. Cars were different to drive as well (and so much more dangerous). Not saying they were harder or simpler: for sure the steering wheel turns easier these days, but they also didn't have a million buttons on it and have to play with it before every corner.10-07-2025 23:30

Well, maybe he lately changed his mind and wanted to get rid of Horner as well, and though why not make some money ouf of it by selling 2% of RB :)10-07-2025 11:09

Giving their competitor 100M to get their driver seems a bit exagerated. You get their driver but with this amount of money you give them the opprotunity to come back stronger: they can invest in their facilities (since the developpement is caped). Doesn't sound like a good investment.09-07-2025 17:09

Sad.... I never liked the guy. Too cocky and always there to say something unpleasant. But being sacked like that, mid-year, after 20 years in the position, having brought home 8 driver titles and 6 constructor, and always being a top team... total lack of respect. Anyway, good luck to him, good buy, can't say that I'll particularly miss him though.09-07-2025 14:03

No matter how much I don't like the guy, he's been there for a long time, and has brought the team from nowhere to being a top team. They are still a top team, yes, not as good as a couple of years ago. But give the man a break. Unless he has done something fishy, unlawful, he is entitled some ups and downs. Like every one in every team.07-07-2025 15:11

Well, with all the respect I have for FA, he might not be the best placed to give advice about team switches. His team switches have probably cost him a title or two, or more.03-07-2025 14:58

I like this guy. Honest and humble, and very fast. Curious to see how he develops.18-06-2025 21:26

Hehe, that's not exactly right: they are the second best team as of today. If RB had a second driver and Mercedes were finishing races, that would be different (and if my grandma had ... :D ) So that means that Ham is not doing that of a bad job. Of course we would expect better from a 7 time WC.12-06-2025 19:29

Regardless, of Hamilton's performance, this year's Ferrari is nowhere near where Ferrari were hoping it to be. LEC is doing a better job, yes. But best result is a 3rd place. That's not what Ferrari was targeting. Maybe Ham is complaining, be he and Lec have the right to complain about the car.12-06-2025 17:59

I feel like Adami is one of the problems, but not the major one. Hamilton has to sort his driving fist. I'm sure he will.03-06-2025 00:24
