7 times champion never that great ????? compared to what? A 2 time champ with a gifted title and another one that nobody else had a car to challenge with. Perez is Redbulls answer to Bottas except he actually does as he's told. Not to mention the 2 Alphas as back up. ???12-11-2022 02:50

And.....pretty sure Verstappen would be worried if Russell and Hamilton finish above him next year. If Mercedes produce the car to do it that's what will happen. Just like Rosberg and Hamilton. Verstappen won't get a look in.12-11-2022 00:26

Why because newey has a head start on ground effect aerodynamics? More than 3 years I bet. Mercedes never had any head start. They were a new team to F1 comparatively speaking to ferrari and Redbull. The engine specs were decided over by all teams. It was Honda and Renault that wanted to push for hybrid. So it was mentioned Mercedes had been working on hybrid technologies 3 years before. So..... Honda had been working on it longer. Mercedes had no clue to what cylinder configuration there was going to be until everyone else did. They made a 4 cylinder mock up once. The final specs were nothing like. You want me to say redbull had prior knowledge with the current aero specs from Neweys experience over the last 20 years? That would be closer to the truth than Mercedes had 3 years head start over the engine specs. Truth is Mercedes weren't the lead hybrid specialist works team at the time. They just did a better job.12-11-2022 02:17

Yeah you do actually. It's when Max is mentioned as a GOAT people start laughing. Despite Masi s action Lewis had it under control? Do you understand the difference in grip level between 40 lap old hards and new soft tyres? You do understand that braking points are massively different and cornering speed is much higher on tyres with that much more grip. The fact it took Verstappen till turn 5 to make that difference work for him shows how superior Hamilton was. You do know there are no doors when the tyre delta is that much vastly different. It becomes a matter of which door to take. Try it yourself one day. Take a corner in the dry as fast as you can then come back another day and try it at the same speed in the wet. Let me know how you get on.12-11-2022 02:58

I guess you probably better hope Mercedes don't produce a competitive car next year or any year that Hamilton races. Deep down I think you're scared of that. Verstappen has what? 1 title tainted beyond belief. 1 title earned to his credit but with nobody to really challenge him because he has by far a better car. All 2021 proved was Verstappen needed help over the finish line. He always will against Hamilton.12-11-2022 00:05

Why is that funny? He has 7 championships. He is in his retirement years in F1 terms. Would you like someone to come down to where you work and make fun of you for underperforming when you're thinking of retirement?11-11-2022 23:53
