Its a combination of spray and temperature. If it was 5-6 degrees warmer the spray would not have stayed like a mist. Some extra wind would have been helpfull too!03-09-2021 15:59

Well, every well informed commentator Ian F1 would have known that it will be 5 seconds time penalty. In The Netherlands we knew it well before the start of the race was started that it would have been 3 places on the grid or 5 seconds at first pitstop.
