In the last 2 seasons Leclerc has done these things without a penalty or even investigation: Drive 2 laps without seatbelt - Spain 2020 Drive so many laps with a car that was broken and had debris flying from it towards other cars - Japan 2019 Weave dangerously in the braking zone(multiple times) - Monza 2019 Shunt Stroll in a way that has been consistently penalized by the stewards (Lewis Brazil & Austria - Albon Silverstone) - Russia 2020 To much fuel load or car weight in Abu Dhabi Break F1 Covid protocols and throw a party - 2020 season and a few unsafe pit releases that the FIA didn't care about.
