An absurd suggestion which, if true, would have been easily proved. Both she and Mercedes would be guilty of criminal offences and she, presumably, would be in breach of contract as well as breach of trust. Mercedes would be risking a massive fine from FIA (remember McLaren's $100 million fine a few years ago) as well as a major loss of reputation. Marko and Horner are very quick to make ill-considered accusations. I note that Horner has not actually carried out his threat of legal action against Mercedes and Ferrari for suggesting that RB exceeded the cost cap!!10-11-2022 10:16
