More likely he'll be thinking about that last race and the points he lost there. If he has to screw over his team mate he doesn't deserve it. And I'm interested in how many points you think this cost the team for the constructors?? Can't do better than 1-2

Verstappen was not a threat at that stage. It was Hamilton that was closing, and they had about five laps up their sleeves. Should have used one or two to do the right thing by both their drivers...

If he'd given the place back immediately he could have raced Piastri for the win. He ruined it for the whole team, especially Piastri who should have had a whopping lead after pitting first and should be celebrating right now.

If Norris was so confident he was better than Piastri, he should have given the place back immediately, along with the 5-6 seconds Piastri would have gained from his rightful first pitstop. Then raced him. The team only asked for Norris to give back the place, not the win, and has publicly stated that they can race each other. It was Nando's lack of ethics and stupid recalcitrance that cost him the chance to win. Not that I think he would have anyway with the significant lead Piastri would have had if the pitstops had proceeded as they should have.
