Vegan it's hard to see how an anonymous individual can really get any protection from perceived abuse, but her state of mind has not been helped one bit by the back stabbing individual or crew who leaked details into the public domain. I have read suggestions on other sites that Jos and the unnamed woman complainant were romantically linked previously, should this turn out to be the case it's not surprising that Jos might have his own agenda and feel he has some right to use her plight in an inter team power struggle.09-03-2024 13:02

It's not FIA that really feels the pinch if revenues drop it's the commercial operator - FOM/FOG/Liberty or whatever you want to call them - who will take the big drop, and to a certain extent the teams too. Likely to be the teams who start to push FIA into regs re-write to close gap when they find they can't do it by conventional development means. Reckon pressure most likely be building from "2nd or 3rd race next year.24-06-2023 14:56

Think you'll find the Concorde only mentions payouts to 10 teams but 12 teams are allowed on the grid if there are enough FIA sanctioned entries. This goes way back to Bernie's time in charge, by rewarding only 10 teams it forces them all to be more competitive - well that's the theory. With the present 10 teams even the last placed is guaranteed some financial reward from the rather large pot Liberty must make available to the teams. Hence asking teams to vote for another competitor is rather similar to asking Turkeys to vote for Xmas or Thanksgiving.10-10-2023 12:05

This might also be chosen by George's management, if Lewis retires at end of 25 George in place as lead driver could command big salary increase. Why lock in for long term if better pay rate can be acheived at later date.16-09-2023 10:55

There may be no hate intended, but ooh the bitterness oozes like concentated lime juice again and again 44-7xlegend. I reckon a few years back, before Liberty, you could have expected a legal letter from FOM for use of the word corrution in relation to a situation like AD21. FIA report makes no mention of corrution, or cheating for that matter, over AD21. Your opinion is your opinion, however potentialy libelous statements should be treated as fake news by the rest of us.05-05-2023 17:28
