FIA conclude Ferrari investigation with agreement

The FIA have confirmed they will conclude an investigation into Ferrari's power unit from last season. Both parties have reached a settlement, however, details of the investigation will not be released.

The statement

In a statement, the FIA confirmed the news that they had reached a settlement with Ferrari. It read: "The FIA ​​announces that it has reached a settlement with the team after a thorough technical investigation of the Scuderia Ferrari Formula 1 power unit. The details of the agreement remain between the parties.

“The FIA ​​and Scuderia Ferrari have entered into a number of technical commitments that will improve the supervision of all F1 engines for the coming championship seasons. Ferrari will also support the FIA ​​with other regulatory tasks in Formula 1 and assist with research into carbon emissions and sustainable fuels."
