The official presentation is not until next Thursday, but in the meantime Red Bull Racing are certainly not sitting still. On Tuesday morning, the Austrian team put the RB20 - the successor to the RB19 - into track action for the first time. At Silverstone, it was Max Verstappen who got to take care of the first laps during the so-called shakedown.

During the shakedown, it is allowed to drive a maximum of 200 kilometres. Until last year, it was 100 kilometres. A shakedown is when the team tests all systems for the first time. In a week's time, the RB20 will be in action during test days in Bahrain.

Red Bull to present the RB20 on Thursday

Red Bull Racing will officially present the RB20 to the world next Thursday. This will take place in Milton Keynes. The Austrians will then be the last team to show the car for the 2024 season. Ferrari will have the launch of the car on Tuesday afternoon, while McLaren and Mercedes will show their cars on Wednesday. As far as we know, these three teams have not yet done a shakedown.
