Qualifying for the Dutch Grand Prix is about to begin, as at 3 pm local time the lights go green and in one hour it will be decided who will start from pole position at Circuit Zandvoort. Will it be a Red Bull, a Ferrari or a Mercedes?

Based on the free practice sessions, none of the three top teams seems to be without a chance for the fastest time. Last year, Max Verstappen took pole position with less than a tenth of a difference. As Zandvoort is one of the shorter tracks on the F1 calendar, times will almost certainly be close again.

McLaren and Alpine will start qualifying as outsiders. The two teams have been battling it out all year for fourth place in the world championship, and at Zandvoort they will not give each other an inch.

With temperatures around 25 degrees, it promises to be a sunny qualifying session. There is no chance of rain, so the Orange Legions can enjoy great weather in the dunes or on the grandstands!
