The last time Formula 1 had a Brazilian Grand Prix was two years ago. The 2020 edition could not take place due to coronavirus, but Red Bull Racing are back on familiar soil. Not only did Max Verstappen manage to win in 2019, but they also broke a world record.

The pit stop of Max Verstappen lasted only 1.82 seconds, still the fastest stop ever in the premier class of motorsport. This record will remain for the time being, as the FIA has chosen to make the pit stops shorter in the interest of safety with additional regulations from August onwards.
