Red Bull boss Christian Horner believes that if they had two drivers fighting at the front all season, they would have been able to beat Ferrari in the Constructors' Championship.
The gap between the two teams currently stands at 44 points, but Red Bull have suffered with Pierre Gasly's struggles in the first half of the season, with the Frenchman scoring just 63 points in the first 12 round, leading to Alex Albon replacing him.
Albon makes his debut at the Belgian Grand Prix, although he will start from near the back due to engine penalties.
Horner believes the team can catch the Italian team in the second part of the season, and before the Belgian Grand Prix he said: "I don't think it's impossible. When you consider that Max achieved most of our points this year, I think we would have stood for them if we had had two cars that reached their potential.
"We have won more races [than Ferrari]. Max stands for both [Ferrari] drivers in the championship. So that is our goal for the second half of the year, to close that gap."
