Kevin Magnussen was enjoying a dream weekend after surprisingly taking pole position for the sprint race in Brazil. However, that dream fell apart soon after the start of the main race, when the Dane collided with Daniel Ricciardo and both drivers crashed out.
Magnussen's dream in tatters
The Brazilian Grand Prix had barely begun when Magnussen's dream was over. After a few corners, he had a collision with Ricciardo, after which both drivers went off the track and saw their race end early. The crash led to a safety car.
