The start of the Monaco Grand Prix has been postponed due to heavy rain. Max Verstappen was hoping for wet conditions so he can try something from P4, but the Dutchman doesn't understand what the FIA is waiting for. On the on-board radio, Verstappen complains about the delayed start.
