Ferrari wants to get back to work as soon as possible despite the coronavirus and therefore the Italian has created its own 'anti-corona' program called 'Back on Track'. The Maranello-based team reports this on its own website. With this initiative, it hopes to be able to reopen the doors of the factory relatively soon.

In Italy the coronavirus still reigns and the economy is still at a complete standstill, but Ferrari is one of the first organizations that wants to (and can) return to the original situation. In a statement, the company announces that it has teamed up with virologists and experts to ensure that Ferrari employees can work in a safe working environment, so that the factories can be reopened.

According to Ferrari, this is one of the first steps and more activities will be resumed step by step, as happened before the coronavirus outbreak. The offices will also be accessible again.

Enough tests available

Ferrari personnel can get themselves tested for the coronavirus by blood tests. This guarantees safety and assesses whether employees are healthy. Family members of staff can also be tested free of charge.
