The Formula 1 calendar is already quite shaken up with the first eight races already postponed or even cancelled. Things are no different in MotoGP, where the fifth race of the calendar has already been cancelled.

MotoGP start delayed

According to the previous calendar, the MotoGP season would start in Jerez, where the race weekend would last from 30 April to 3 May. However, this weekend has been postponed rescheduled to somewhere later in the season. Spain is one of the countries hardest hit by the coronavirus, with 4,089 dead already at the moment according to worldometer.info.

The season start for MotoGP is now scheduled for 14 May, where the season can start with the GP of France. It remains to be seen whether this race will be able to continue.
