The Dutch Grand Prix will not be held in 2020 and has been postponed until 2021. Where it would be held at Circuit Zandvoort in 2020, in 2021 the DutchGP will ride on a circuit with a different name.

For thirty years the circuit in the dunes of Zandvoort was known as Circuit Park Zandvoort until it was transformed into Circuit Zandvoort in 2017. Park' was removed from the title and with that name the hunt started for a spot on the Formula 1 calendar. The team succeeded and so the Dutch GP was back on the F1 calendar after 35 years.

New name for Zandvoort

However, due to the coronavirus, that race has been postponed by a year and, under the current circumstances, the question is when and how the Grand Prix can be held. Fans may already be present at some sporting events, but the flowing Orange crowd that was hoped for has yet to arrive.

On Wednesday, however, the organisation of the Circuit Zandvoort presented a new name. In the presence of GPblog.com it was announced that ........ is the new name of the circuit.
