Formula 1 drivers always have to have a seat fitted for the car before the season, but how does this happen exactly? Marc Priestley went out to investigate and got an exclusive look at Jaguar's Formula E factory.
Jaguar was active in Formula 1 for a few years, but was not very successful there. From 2000 to 2004 it was active in the sport and was only on the podium twice and the best result was seventh among the constructors. All that changed when the team was bought by Red Bull at the end of 2004.

At the moment, Jaguar is active in Formula E and prior to the coronavirus, the team had a good start. Historically, the team had one victory and in the first five races of the season they already gained a victory and a podium. It was therefore third in the standings of the constructors.
