No Playstation for Mick Schumacher: "Simracing gives too little emotion"

Mick Schumacher might be a modern driver, but the son of seven-time world champion Michael Schumacher is not a big fan of sim-racing. The real thing appeals to him more.

Recently, we've seen Max Verstappen taking part in simraces, as well other young drivers like Lando Norris. But Schumacher confirms we won't be seeing him behind a Playstation anytime soon.

"Online races do not give me the same emotions as racing on the circuit, I only use the team simulator to prepare myself," the young German announced at the Italian Gazzetta. In his spare time, Mick prefers to 'train, cycle or walk with his dog'.

Surfing is something he is very fond of nowadays, but it must fit in with his schedule: "I am waiting for the periods in which I am a little freer to go to the sea," concluded Mick.
