Steiner on Grosjean: "People will forget bad races" if he gets a good result

Haas team principal Guenther Steiner has stood up for his driver Romain Grosjean, who now has nine consecutive races without a points finish, as the last time was in Japan on October 8th, when he finished in P9.

No reason to panic, Steiner thinks. He argues that Grosjean will make people forget about his bad form as soon as he strings a few results together.

"It's not about how you fall, it's about you get up," Steiner tells ESPN.

"As soon as Romain gets a good result, people will forget about the last nine races."

Steiner is convinced that talent will always come out at some point if you keep trying hard.

"You have to keep working hard for it, that's the way it is.

"If you have the talent, it's just a question of carrying that over into results."

Is Grosjean simply in a bad patch of form, like Steiner says? Or is the Frenchman just past it? Let us know in the comments!
