UPDATE: The latest from testing in Barcelona

2018-05-15 12:06:38 by Matt Gretton

Romain Grosjean currently leads the timesheet after 3 hours of testing in Barcelona. Lewis Hamilton, Sunday’s race winner, currently lies in 2nd. Meanwhile, Sebastian Vettel is running in the bottom half of the table.

After a very tricky couple of weeks for Romain Grosjean, he’ll be feeling much better and is answering the critics in the best way possible. He’s leading today’s testing session after posting a 1:18.449.

He’s also first on the lap counter making the session very positive for Haas so far! He’s currently just over a second away from Saturday’s pole position time.

Max Verstappen is continuing Red Bull’s good pace as he is deep into 3rd place.

As usual, McLaren has had the least amount of running in the testing session so far having only made 17 laps. However, their Pirelli car has completed 56 laps.
