It was an exciting battle between the Mercedes drivers. Ultimately, Valtteri Bottas had to settle for second place in qualifying. Lewis Hamilton was stronger when it mattered in the final run of qualifying.
Hamilton the fastest again
"I went for one lap [on mediums], it was my decision as it worked well in Q2," Bottas said after qualifying.
"The lap was good. Ultimately I should have gone for two times as well," the Finn concludes.
