2019-07-13 19:50:12 by Louis Shaw

Tomorrow's British Grand Prix starts at 14:10 and is set to be an exciting race. Valtteri Bottas qualified on pole position with Lewis Hamilton starting behind in second. The Silverstone circuit has been resurfaced and is thought to have offered greater grip to the Formula 1 cars. The British weather is usually unpredictable so we thought we'd give you a weather forecast for the race.

Tomorrow the weather at Silverstone is set to be dry with there being only a 1% chance of rain during the race. It is going to be a cloudy day with some sun set to break through at about 4pm.

There is an expected temperature of 19oC which should mean that Mercedes do not have the same overheating issues experienced last time out in Austria.

The wind is forecast to be around 10mph which is not as strong as what has been recorded so far this weekend.

It is set to be a dry Grand Prix but there is always the risk of a safety car which could add some extra excitement to the race.
