Toro Rosso have passed their FIA crash tests meaning that they have been cleared to race in 2019.

Toro Rosso took to Twitter to announce the good news.

Tests take place on new cars to ensure that they reach the level of safety required to be allowed to race.

This news means that Daniil Kvyat and Alexander Albon are both set to race come the start of the 2019 season.

Toro Rosso is yet to announce when they will reveal their car but it is likely to be revealed a few days before preseason testing as that is what they have done in the past.
