Kevin Magnussen believes that Spa-Franchorchamps' Eau Rouge will be taken at full speed this weekend.

The Formula One returns this weekend!

It's Spa-Francorchamps and Haas driver Magnussen believes that the iconic Eau Rouge corner will be taken flat out by driver and desribes the corner as a "rollercoaster".

"I think it's just because it's an extremely fast, techinical and challenging circuit," Magnussen said to The Checkered Flag. "Spa is just flat out. You're pushing everywhere."

"Eau Rouge and Pouhon are probably the best sections, but the whole track is just amazing. It's flat out. It's a bit like a rollercoaster."

Spa is a very historic track and one that F1 drivers and fans always look out for when the Grand Prix calendar is revealed.

Some drivers go as far as saying the Belgian track is the "best in the world" and Magnussen wouldn't disagree with those claims.

"Spa is obviously one of the best tracks in the world and every driver thinks so," the Haas man explained. "It's fast, challenging and fun. We're all looking forward to going there.

"I've won in every category I've raced there with the exception of Formula One. I have many good memories from competing at Spa-Francorchamps."

Magnussen will be aiming to help his team get closer to Renault in the Constructors' Standings this weekend, with the American team just sixteen points adrift of the French side.
