Super-hard tyres now super unlikely to feature in 2018

Pirelli have announced they will not bring super-hard tyres to the Belgian or Japanese Grand Prix making it unlikely for the super-hard compound to get a race.

The tracks in Belgium and Japan are the most demanding for tyres, and if they were to be selected, they’d be selected for these races. The hard tyre is set to make just one appearance in the 2018 season. And that will come at Silverstone in a couple of weeks.

Spa-Francorchamps and Suzuka will feature the medium, soft and super-soft tyres.
