Haas F1 ziet ex hoofdsponsor naar voetbalclub vertrekken
Haas staat de afgelopen jaren niet bekend als team met het grootste vermogen in de formule 1. In 2019 leek het nog alsof het financieel iets beter ging met Haas. Dat was toen Rich Energy de nieuwe hoofdsponsor werd van het team.
Tegen de verwachtingen in stopte Rich Energy al heel snel met het hoofdsponsorschap bij Haas. Het frisdrankmerk was niet tevreden met de prestaties van het team.
Na formule 1 nu voetbal?
Na een lange afwezigheid liet Rich Energy toch weer van zich horen. Rich Energy CEO William Storey beweert zelfs dat hij een deal heeft met voetbalclub Sunderland, om de club over te nemen. Sunderland komt uit op het tweede niveau in Engeland.

Storey is CEO of Rich Energy, who previously sponsored F1 team Haas.
