Max Verstappen has overtaken Charles Leclerc, but the duel might have ended in tears. The Dutchman saw Leclerc fight with Sebastian Vettel, after which the Ferrari driver suddenly squeezed to the inside. Verstappen had to hitchhike and barely avoided a collision.

The seventeen-time Grand Prix winner immediately asked his team if there was any damage to the front wing. Gianpiero Lambiase then told the team that everything was fine. Leclerc has in any case lost a position to the 23-year old Limburger.

Meanwhile Verstappen has passed Sebastian Vettel and is back in the points.
