After the Hungarian Grand Prix the factories will be temporarily closed. Teams and drivers can enjoy their holiday and are only expected in Belgium at the end of August. The question remains: what do the drivers do with their holiday? Daniel Ricciardo seems to want to travel to the Netherlands for a while!

Strict rules in Australia

A return to Australia seems out of the question for Ricciardo due to the strict regulations the country has. If he would like to go back he would have to undergo quarantine first and he doesn't like to spend his holiday like that. An option is to stay in Europe and since Belgium and the Netherlands are close together on the calendar, Amsterdam is an interesting place for the McLaren driver.
