The 2016 Formula 1 world champion Nico Rosberg believes last weekend's Belgium Grand Prix victory for Charles Leclerc will be a "mental breakthrough" for the 21-year-old. The man from Monaco has had two or three opportunities to win a Formula 1 race so far this year but he finally got the job done.
