Lewis Hamilton still has six races to go to secure his eighth world championship, but it doesn't mean the Briton isn't picking up other things. He is, however, working to improve diversity in the world.

The number two in the world championship is known for wanting to do his bit in the world. "I've never wanted to be remembered as a racing driver. I don't want to be remembered just for that," he stressed in conversation with the BBC. "It's all good if people remember me being a good driver but I think my time here is really about impacting and helping people."

Special action by Hamilton

The driver works hard to make the world a little bit better. One of the ways he's doing that is with a special action for motorsports. In this way, he hopes to get more children enthusiastic about working in the world of cars.

"I put together this commission to really find out what those barriers are so we can really tackle them," the Mercedes driver proudly explains. "We can get people together and take them on a journey, really pushing and making the sport look more like the outside world."
