Nikita Mazepin made a dangerous move towards his teammate on Sunday. Mick Schumacher had to swerve at top speed for a manoeuvre of his teammate. According to Ralf Schumacher, this should be looked at more closely.

Because of the battle in front, many people missed it, but in the final laps, Mazepin and Schumacher fought for a place. The German wanted to pass his teammate on the straight, but the latter made a right turn at the very last moment. Life-threatening, according to Ralf Schumacher as well.

Life-threatening action of Mazepin

''That move by Mazepin when Mick overtakes him is unacceptable. We're talking speeds of over 300 kilometres an hour here. That's life-threatening. You don't want to know what would happen if a car like that goes flying at that speed,'' Mick's uncle says to Speedweek.com.

''In my opinion, Mazepin deserves a heavy penalty. Outside the cockpit, he is a great young guy. If you speak to him he is very polite but in the race... It starts when people overtake him, where he often gets in the way. He really needs to improve on that. The race direction has to look at this. I think this is extremely dangerous and unacceptable,'' concludes the former F1 driver.
