'Hamilton can seem vulnerable if you say something wrong'

Formula 1 drivers and top athletes in general need a lot of self-confidence to perform at the top of their abilities. According to Damon Hill, there is a way to encourage that during their upbringing by letting them discover the world for the most part on their own.

"This gives them a kind of self-confidence that allows them to cope with anything as they go out into the wide world. That is very important.
