It is all or nothing in the last races for Alexander Albon. The Thai driver only has a chance to win a seat at Red Bull Racing. At AlphaTauri there is no place for Albon, Christian Horner says.

Albon at Red Bull or at the couch

Red Bull still has two seats to distribute before 2021. Max Verstappen has a place at Red Bull Racing and Pierre Gasly will drive at AlphaTauri. Yuki Tsunoda is the likely replacement for Daniil Kvyat, but he has to get his super license first. In any case, Alexander Albon will not return to AlphaTauri.

Where Gasly still had a chance at AlphaTauri, according to Motorsport-total.com Horner said that there is no return for Albon. The Thai retains his seat at Red Bull Racing or has to watch from the sidelines for at least a year. With this, Horner also seems to confirm that Tsunoda will leave for AlphaTauri. Now it only remains to be seen whether Red Bull will choose Sergio Perez, Albon or Nico Hulkenberg.
