Red Bull Racing team principal Christian Horner is pleased with Alexander Albon's performance this weekend. The Thai will start tomorrow's Belgian Grand Prix from fifth place, two grid slots behind his teammate Max Verstappen.

Albon finds his rhythm

“I think Alex has done well this weekend so far. I think he likes the car here better. A lot of work has been done between Barcelona and now to make the car a better fit for him, especially with low fuel. And it is the first time that he knows what to expect because it is the same location in the same kind of car as last year. And I think we've improved the car a bit for him," Horner said after qualifying.

“It's good to see. We know he has potential and we know he races incredibly well. He will start at the front tomorrow and hopefully, he can deliver a good performance," the team boss continues.

Teamwork from Red Bull

“The dynamics between Alex and Max are good. They worked like real teammates today. They have assisted each other at different points in qualifying and that has helped them both," the Briton concludes.
