Norris should apologize to the Leclerc brothers

During the virtual Grand Prix of Monaco Norris had a formidable competitor in Arthur Leclerc. Charles' younger brother kept the Brit behind him for a long time and that forced Norris to boldly catch up. However, this failed, so Norris apologized through Charles for his action.
