Earlier this week Helmut Marko had to laugh at the statements of Toto Wolff. Wolff had spoken out to look at his talents from his own education, but according to Marko he has never done so.

For example, in an interview Marko stated that in the past they have only removed drivers from other teams and have never let a talent break through. According to Marko it was therefore funny to hear that Wolff wants to look at his own talents before 2021 and does not give priority to Sebastian Vettel.

However, in an interview with the German RTL, Wolff hits back, although he doesn't specifically mention Marko his name. ''There have been people again who want to say something about our junior programme and whether we're doing it well or not, but I think during the last six years we have answered all the questions, right?'', Wolff stated clear.

In the interview with RTL, Wolff was also asked about the possibility of bringing in Vettel, but for the time being, the Austrian is keeping a low profile on that. ''We have to have confidence in our own drivers. Trust and loyalty are very important to us and as long as the season hasn't started yet we won't negotiate either'', he concludes.
